CR PAGE's 3rd Annual
"Differentiate to Make a Difference Award"
Last year two outstanding teachers from Wrightstown Elementary School won. Help us recognize exceptional teachers.
In existence since 1987, we are an affiliate of the Pennsylvania
Association for Gifted Education (PAGE). Our purpose is to provide
information and educational programs for the gifted, assist teachers,
act as a sounding board for parents, and improve the understanding
of gifted education in our schools and community. We are an
advocacy group, and our mission this year is continued advocacy
and education.
We also publish our own newsletter "The Council Rock Page" filled
with information regarding gifted education issues and events.
Some of our
activities include:
- Publishing newsletters to keep you informed.
- Ongoing communication with district on gifted issues.
- Back to School night information packets.
- Sponsor presentation for all parents of 1st-3rd graders on the
district's identification process.
- Hosting enrichment activities.
- Host
a panel discussion for our high school Humanities students
with Council Rock alumni.
- Host speakers on gifted issues.
- Sponsoring attendance at local & regional conferences on
the gifted.
- Purchasing resources for our library.
- Support legislation on education.

your child an exceptional writer or artist? Does he or she have an

looking for artwork and articles by parents and students. Send submissions
